The college of my dream is The University of Alabama. I am from Alabama but I never thought in a million years that I would return to Alabama for college, but we had a college visit at my school for Alabama and that was a change in fate.
The Alabama representative was telling me all these great things about the school. The main thing that caught my attention was they have personal student advisers that will help you set up your own personal schedule if they aren't really big in your major. They really want students to do good in every way they can. Another thing that pushed me toward this school was that they have a "Halo System". A halo system is when you are in a certain radius from the school and they would provide in-state tuition for that student. That is a big ups. That's money my parents put in there pocket. They gives student a chance to actually go to the college of there dream with out the burden of paying expensive out-of-state tuition. Alabama has a splendid athletic program, that means fun college activities i would be able to do. They have an exceptional football team. I have been a fan of them since i can remember, but that is also great i can go to my favorite college football team's game for student price. MORE MONEY SAVED!!!!! Getting your comment removed involuntarily is rude in my opinion. People have the right to speak there mind and to voice there opinion in anyway they feel is appropriate to them. In the article"The Top Reasons We Deleted Your Comment", they were explaining why they delete people comments. They delete people comments for TYPING IN ALL CAPS. Wow! Why is that hurting people? Its just letters. People who post comments should have the choice to either leave their and email address or keep it anonymous. I don't think it a problem to not leave your name or email address. The rule i do agree with about this post is the back and forth arguments people might have. They should bring it to their own personal email and settle that their. People do not want to see all of your arguments on a blog post or in a comment area. Online commenting can spark lots of relationships: good, bad, and ugly relationships, but don't continue that relationship you have formed on the comment area. TAKE IT ELSE WHERE!
I commented on a article named "Is Hookup Culture Leaving Your Generation Unhappy and Unprepared for Love?" . The questioned I answered was "What do you think is the ideal age to marry? Do you want to pursue a career before getting seriously involved with someone? Why or why not?" I just now saw Antonio Chapman's satire. This satire is a really good one. He is explaining basically people are buying$200 shoes before paying there bills. Areli Hernandez's satire was really true. There are girls out there trying to be size 00 in pants. Why don't they think that's TOO small. On Channing Threalkill page I read her book summary, it make me want to check it out and see what it is all about. I just watched a YouTube clip by GloZell. She is an online comedian, she is hilarious. Most people that commented on her videos had something positive. People was saying that her videos made them smile. People who are having a bad day said it made there day. In conclusion, I feel as if she is just trying to make people happy and smile. She isn't trying to hurt anybody she wants everybody to be happy. If you Google my name you will not find anything about me on the internet. I try to keep my life fairly private. There is also a lot of Chelsea Pope's in the world. That mean it will be a lot of going to the next page. My name is REALLY common.
In the article "College prospects are being watched on Facebook and Twitter", they were explaining how college prospects and college coaches are being watch on their social media accounts. It is telling us that you should watch what you put on the internet and be aware that people are watching you at all times. If you are found with inappropriate things on your social media account you can be at risk of losing scholarships, player, and even respect. So it is wise that people should watch what they say and do on the internet. In the article "37 Percent Of Employers Use Facebook To Pre-Screen Applicants, New Study Says", it is explaining that companies are looking at peoples social media accounts to determine whether or not to hire somebody base upon what they put on there websites. Hiring managers are looking at people profile seeing if they do drug or other thing and if they do it will cancel them out of being hired. A lot people who have been applying for jobs have not been hired because they either have provocative picture or they are drinking alcohol. |
